Why We Started

We noticed something. More and more people were choosing life on the road — van life, RV travel, overlanding, long-haul trucking, sailing — yet they still couldn't easily enjoy a hot, home-cooked meal.

Traditional kitchen appliances demand too much power. They need AC outlets, stable grids, and high wattage. None of that exists when you're parked at a trailhead, anchored in a quiet cove, or sleeping in your cab between hauls.

Propane stoves work, but they come with fumes, fire risk, and the constant hassle of refilling tanks. We knew there had to be a better way.

So we set out to build something different: an ultra-low-power, all-electric cooking ecosystem designed from the ground up for life off the grid.

Every product we make runs on 12V or 24V DC power. No inverter needed. No generator rumbling. Just plug into your vehicle's battery system — solar, alternator, or shore power — and cook real food.

Chicken wings in an air fryer at 240W. A hot lunch on the dashboard at 100W. Steak on a griddle powered by the sun. That's what RoadSizz means to us.
